This is a nice nice example of Hawkes Louis lVX pattern in a chartreuse green wine. This wine is 4 3/8" high x 2 1/2" bowl rim diameter tapering to 2 at bottom of bowl. Stem is "knobbed" in the center and base is 2 3/8 diameter; decorated with a Brooklyn star. The glass is of high quality and the cutting/ engraving is crisp and precise. This wine appears to be unused; showing no signs of wear.
This pattern is shown is several books and the ACGA re-print catalogs. I've included a couple of pictures showing this exact wine shape and pattern I. The weight is delicate at just around 3 oz. My amateur photography does not do this wine justice; much nicer in person.
If you have any questions or need additional pictures; please ask and I'll try to take and/ or answer if I can. Excellent condition, clarity and quality!
